Couldn't recommend Rebecca highly enough. She has driven a lot of change within OS about how we think about our approach to customers - especially with regards comprehensive, clear, concise messaging to support our move towards self-serve. She's owned, led, got her hands dirty and challenged (appropriately!) with many of the customer online experience elements associated with the recent significant change at OS.
Dan completely knows his stuff and his approach to sales and the customer totally fits with the way I like to do business. He went through some great techniques and things to consider that I wouldn't have even thought about. I won't give away his secrets but if you're running your own business, I would recommend you speak to him. Plus, he's a super lovely guy so it's always nice chatting with him.
Think Wow is a great name for this business as it’s exactly what I thought when working with Dan! I needed to engage my members even more and Dan and Rebecca did some analysis of my customer journey and it really didn’t disappoint. If you are looking at your customer or employee engagement you really need to be speaking to these guys! Highly recommend! And well worth the investment!
We asked Rebecca to host two sessions at our Successful Complaints Handling Conference. After an unexpected delay from another speaker, Rebecca stepped up and chaired the majority of the day incredibly professionally with little preparation. The speakers loved her presentations, she was always there to answer any questions during and post event, and was engaged during the other speakers presentations as well. Would absolutely work with Rebecca again! It was a pleasure and the day went so much better to have you guiding the attendees!
We partner with ThinkWow and I recently had a session with Daniel, focusing on 'confidence with sales'. Daniel sees sales through the customer’s lens, offering quick actionable steps to improve any sales journey for the customer and also to drive more sales for the business. He has great knowledge in understanding how to use customer reviews for business advantage, how to sell based on customer need and how to boost confidence when selling. Daniel runs Sales for Entrepreneurs masterclasses which we would really recommend to anyone wanting to build their knowledge and experience in sales.

Dan and Rebecca from ThinkWOW have been fantastic to work with over the past 12 monthsFrom my first contact with them via Linkedin they have always been responsive and extremely helpful and insightful on anything to do with Customer Experience and more.They have become part of our team at Mobile Mini UK and attended our recent Leadership event where they presented and then led a two hour session on CX and how we can improve on our already world class scores.Obviously they are award winning CX professionals so are experts in that area but I’m probably most impressed with their understanding of the reality of busines and that not everything can always be done or it needs to be introduced in stages.A true sign of their expertise and how it has improved our business is that on the 9th February 2022 we won the top prize – Gold Award for Customer Experience at the UK Business & Innovation Awards.They have been exceptional for our business and we have so much more work to do with them this year and beyond !!I highly recommend and I’m happy to speak to anyone thinking of engaging with ThinkWOW
Honestly can't recommend Think Wow enough, we recently started working with them on our Customer Experience project and I have been so impressed.Rebecca and Dan are so passionate and enthusiastic about what they do and that massively shows in everything they do.We recently did a Customer Journey mapping exercise with them which opened my eyes to the processes that are followed, looking at it from the customers point, as well as internal was so useful for everybody involved.If i could give more that 5* i would!

Rebecca has been the host of a few events that Awards International organised - Awards Ceremonies of UK Employee Experience Awards and UK Complaint Handling, and, most recently, she hosted one of the the CXTV segments, as part of the UK Customer Experience Awards. She is so pleasant and easy to work with, absolutely adorable and natural on the screen and she runs the show like a pro! Nothing is too difficult or troubling for her and she approaches everything with a smile 🙂

When I set up Respect Mental Health last year we put together a very rushed website, I had never done anything like before so many mistakes were made along the way I felt we were letting people down with our customer experience and wanted our supporters to feel more appreciated when visiting/purchasing and donating to our website Rebecca and Daniel went through my website and came back with a very well presented and detailed list of what we could do to improve the experience We have made most of the changes on the list and continue to work through the remaining and already feel that we are doing a much better job. I would definitely recommend the dream team to anyone who are looking to improve their customers experience
